AdjudiCare, from TELUS Health, is the platform EIO’s member portal and myEIO app is built on and provides our members with the best user-experience in Canada. With health cards accepted at most practitioners across Canada, and easy-to-use claim submission and profile management, TELUS ensures members get the full value of their benefits plan.
TELUS Health EAP
TELUS Health EAP connects employees and their families directly to a clinician, 24/7, at no cost to them and in complete confidence. It covers mental health, relationships, addictions, workplace stress, legal questions, financial pressure, and child and elder care.
TELUS Health Virtual Care
TELUS Health Virtual Care connects employees and their immediate family to Canadian clinicians by text or video, 24/7, anywhere in Canada. Those clinicians can triage, diagnose, refer, order labs and imaging, and write or renew prescriptions—no appointment, no waiting room.
TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy
TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy fills and delivers prescriptions to employees’ doors, with preferred pricing unlocked by your group’s invitation code. Members set up a profile in the app, have prescriptions sent or transferred in, and stop making pharmacy trips.

Orion Emergency Travel

Benefits administration technology
Oliver is Canadian benefits and pension administration software built for plan sponsors and administrators. It replaces spreadsheets and paper with self-serve employer and employee portals, so adding a hire, changing coverage or checking eligibility takes minutes instead of an afternoon.
